I've done three transfers, but only two payments showed up. I've reached out to support, but they keep giving me the same responses, and nothing's been fixed. It's been 24 hours, and I'm still hanging on for my cash. XANPOOL, no matter how great your AI is, please get a customer service number so folks can sort out their issues and really understand what's going on!!!!

I had a few transactions with this company that went smoothly at first. Recently, though, a couple of my transactions got held up for days, and I had to deal with their support team. All my BTC was sent through PayNow. On my last transaction, customer service suspended my account. When I mentioned I was sending a small amount to my son in Singapore via PayNow, they told me I couldn’t send to a third party. I even found the CEO, Jeffrey, on Telegram and sent him my explanation. He read it but didn’t bother to reply or take any action. This company has a terrible reputation for treating their valued clients poorly. I gave them a week to respond, but so far, nothing. That’s why I’m sharing this review today. Just steer clear of this company.

Update - As of November 2, 2022, I still haven’t heard back from customer support or Jeff. This is how they treat their loyal customers.

Update: my account got suspended just 3 hours after I posted this review. (That’s quicker than how long it takes them to respond to support tickets.)

I received a message saying, "Your account has been suspended because we’ve learned you’re quite unhappy with our service." I wish I could share the email as a screenshot.

Negative feedback is part of the game and helps businesses get better, yet they just kicked me out for sharing mine.

The referral rewards program feels like a total scam, with ridiculously high minimum withdrawal limits that are tough to meet. If your transactions go through without a hitch, consider yourself lucky. Otherwise, good luck dealing with their ridiculous support team, which takes 48-72 hours to respond with generic replies that don’t actually help.

I’ve been searching high and low for some customer support. We did two transactions yesterday from PayNow Singapore to the Xanpool PayNow account, but only one payment showed up in our OKEx account. We tried to find a customer support email or phone number on the Xanpool website, but no luck! How do we get in touch about this? We double-checked both transactions and confirmed they were sent, yet only one made it to our OKEx account. Can you please let me know how we can reach you?

Living in Singapore, I gotta say, I'm really into XanPool. Finally found a spot where I can grab cryptocurrencies using PayNow. Signing up and buying coins was super simple. You can either keep your coins in XanPool or withdraw them to any wallet you prefer. For some coins, XanPool lets you send them straight to another wallet, but for others like Litecoin (LTC), you first have to deposit into XanPool and then do a second step to withdraw to your chosen wallet. The only fee is the network fee when you withdraw.

Unlike other platforms like Coinhako, which hit you with credit card fees or require you to set up a specific account for FAST deposits, XanPool is way more straightforward. They only check accounts for deposits a couple of times a day. Sure, they offer instant transfers through Xfers, but that means extra KYC hassle. I had a really awful time with XanPool. The sole method to get help is through EMAIL, and their customer support might not reply to your message, or it could take weeks.
